Treedom Project

We proudly support the Treedom agroforestry project, which plays a crucial role in the fight against global deforestation. Treedom enables you to plant trees remotely in forests at the highest risk of extinction, such as those in the Amazon and Borneo. By adopting these trees, you are directly contributing to the restoration of the Earth’s green lungs, following their growth as they “repopulate” vital ecosystems. Sustainable boat tours

Explore the La Maddalena Archipelago with our sustainable tours, designed to offer an exclusive experience while respecting the environment. Our vessel, a RIB BWA ‘34—an icon of class and design—has recently undergone a green-focused refit. Today, it is equipped with state-of-the-art Suzuki 300APX engines that reduce emissions and help preserve the beauty of the sea and beaches. Every detail on board is designed with sustainability in mind: eco-leather cushions, recyclable materials, and natural teak sourced from renewable forests, without bioplastics. Even daily cleaning is eco-friendly, using 100% green, Ecolabel-certified detergents provided by EKO@.

The Park's initiatives

The La Maddalena Archipelago National Park is a leading force in environmental protection, with initiatives focused on preserving the sea, posidonia, and beaches, as well as projects aimed at combating pollution.

Emerald Freedom shares and supports these sustainability goals, adopting eco-friendly practices in its navigation activities and actively contributing to the protection of the marine ecosystem.

Our company is completing all the steps to obtain ISO 14001 environmental certification.
